COATVOLT is operated by Anhui Morhon Technology Co., Ltd. For questions about inquiry information, access, correction or deletion, email sales@cnxhe.com and include your inquiry reference if available. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
Information submitted with an inquiry
The form asks for your contact name, email, country or region, requirement type and message. Company and quantity are optional. The selected product, source page, request reference and submission time help us assess and respond to your request. No attachments are accepted. Please provide only information needed for the business inquiry.
Purpose, storage and access
We use inquiry information to review product requirements, respond and manage related quotations or ongoing business. Records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and accessed through owner-authorized management tools. Amazon SES sends an inquiry notification to our sales mailbox, with your submitted email as Reply-To. We do not send an automatic reply to the submitter. Email copies are held separately in our business mailbox.
Site security and service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Turnstile processes browser and connection information to verify form submissions; the server checks the verified hostname and action. A short-lived keyed representation of the connection IP is used for rate limiting, without storing the raw IP in inquiry records. Optional visitor analytics are described below. The site does not use WordPress login cookies or advertising tags. Providers operate their own infrastructure; we do not promise storage exclusively in any particular country or region.
Optional visitor analytics
Optional analytics are off until you choose Allow analytics. Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, traffic sources, quotation-link clicks and inquiry saves that the website has confirmed. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page performance and visits without analytics cookies. We do not send your form name, company, email, message, security-verification token or inquiry reference to these analytics services. Analytics failure does not prevent saving an inquiry or opening its receipt.
Your analytics choice
Use Analytics preferences in the footer to allow or decline optional analytics at any time. Declining keeps the quotation form and security checks available. A browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps optional analytics off. We store only your choice and its date in local storage for up to 180 days; if local storage is unavailable, the choice applies to the current page only.
After permission, Google Analytics may set first-party _ga cookies for up to 180 days. Declining removes these analytics cookies and stops further analytics reporting from this page. We do not enable advertising personalization, Google Signals, user-provided data collection or cross-domain user identification. Analytics receives cleaned page URLs and referring-site information; private URL parameters and receipt fragments are excluded.
Analytics records and providers
Google Analytics is used for aggregate acquisition and conversion trends. Its user-level and event-level retention settings are two months, with activity-based reset disabled; most aggregate standard reports are not erased by these settings. A recorded inquiry-save event means the website accepted the request; it does not prove that an email was delivered, that an inquiry is qualified or that an order was placed. Refreshing the Thank You page does not create another inquiry event. Analytics may be incomplete because of user choice, network conditions or browser blocking; our inquiry records remain the operational source of truth.
Analytics data is processed on Google and Cloudflare infrastructure under their own service policies. See Google Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not promise storage exclusively in a particular country or region.
Retention and deletion review
Unconverted inquiries are reviewed after 24 calendar months from the last genuine business contact recorded by the owner. Page visits, delivery retries and automated checks do not restart this period. Active work and necessary quotation, fulfillment, after-sales or dispute records require a recorded retention purpose and review. Explicitly classified spam and test records enter a cleanup review after 30 days. These are review rules, not a promise that all business records are automatically erased on the same date.
Backups and deletion requests
An independent encrypted database backup is made daily to an office NAS. The working backup set rotates after 30 days; existing NAS system snapshots may retain separate encrypted copies under the owner's backup policy. Restore keys are kept separately. Deleting an approved live inquiry removes its personal details and associated delivery queue and verification metadata. Minimal deletion markers are synchronized to the backup system and applied before an older backup can be used for recovery. Live deletion does not instantly rewrite every historical backup or erase separate email copies. We review those copies separately when handling a request, taking account of ongoing work and necessary business records.
